All purchases of Writing Services, Writing Packages and Written Products must be solicited by Ink & Quotient under contract. No payments unsolicited by Ink & Quotient will be returned or refunded. No funds submitted that are not in fulfillment of an Ink & Quotient contract and according to the terms and conditions of said contract will be refunded or returned. There is a no refund policy on all Ink & Quotient Writing Services, Writing Packages and Written Products.
